Dorrit Gruijters, director – owner
Dorrit Gruijters is owner and director of Coincide. She has an international background with working experiences in various countries. Using her academic background in Urban and Regional Planning she started developing conference programs on urban planning for Elsevier. As of 1991 she represented the Netherlands Convention Board in North America and convinced many international associations and corporations to select Holland as the next destination for their international event. With JFK International Air Terminal she was responsible for the public relations and promotion of the new terminal between 1997 and 1999. Back in the Netherlands she became country manager for World Online International (now Tiscali) and managed the green field start-up in the United Kingdom and transformed the acquired businesses in Switzerland and the Czech Republic to the World Online business model. She was co-owner and managing partner of InterimIC, a network of new media and technology consultants. In addition Dorrit is Board member of the Dutch Federation of Hospitality Associations and Chairwoman of the Alumni association of Geography and Urban Planning of the University of Amsterdam.
Following many years working in the international healthcare market she has an extensive knowledge of healthcare systems and developments in various countries.
